My Approach: Flow Before Focus
Many traditional approaches try to force focus first. But for the ADHD brain, the process is often beautifully backwards.
Building Momentum: We understand that the ADHD mind often needs reward and activation before the work, not just after.
Stimulation is Calm: For many, the very things that calm non-ADHD minds can cause restlessness. Conversely, appropriate stimulation (like medication or high-interest activities) brings a unique sense of calm and focus.
Finding Your Flow: We reject the idea of forcing a "neurotypical" structure. We prioritize helping you find your natural state of productive engagement—your flow—and then intentionally harnessing that energy for sustained focus.
